Robot models wedding dresses

In the last episode, we brought you news of Tiro the robot's employment, now we have another robot story for you. HRP-4C is a robot who models wedding dresses on a catwalk. Kazuhito Yokoi created the HRP-4C (crap name) with the intention of using it "for fashion and entertainment." While it resembles a human woman, it also looks a bit creepy. Kazuhito spoke of his intense bond with his mechanical creation and the mixed feelings of her public appearance: ''I feel happy, and at the same time lonely, just like a bride's father.''

Doggy sex doll

The new sex doll for dogs is big news; everyone's talking about it. An article about the "Doggy Lover Doll" by the suspiciously-named 'staff writers' at News.com.au gives a good description of what dogs can expect to fulfill their doggy needs. It says it's easy to clean, but it still requires cleaning after use; which is a scary thought. The idea of a dog sex doll is not new; I just did a search of 'dog sex doll' in Google and quickly found three other dolls made in 2007! The others aren't orange though, so the creator Mr Giroto has cornered the market in orange dog sex dolls.

YouTube videos

In our Things We've Seen segment, we discussed some YouTube videos we saw and even played one! Now, here are the links so you all can enjoy these masterpieces:

New segment 'Dion McGregor'

We welcome Dion McGregor to Infinite Frequencies! Infinite Frequencies are pleased to bring you the works of a true genius. As budding songwriters, Dion and his roommate are famous for writing a song that Barbra Streisand recorded on an album: Where is the Wonder. However, Dion's songwriting career did not make him very successful and he went on to make his mark in the niche area of being a somniliquist. He not only documented his dreams, but he would read his dreams out as they happened while he was asleep!! Wikipedia states that "McGregor talked in his sleep. Not in quiet, barely-comprehensible mumbles: while he slept, McGregor would essentially narrate his dreams at conversational volume."

Every second or third episode, we will play another dream recording and then raise it for discussion. In this dream, Dion takes part in a scavenger hunt and we hear all the fantastical things that he must find. It sounds like he is in a group with two other people, but it's not clear who they are. Enjoy the scavenger hunt!

Dogfish Head brews ancient and intriguing beer!

An article from Rory Gibson for the Courier Mail explains how a little brewery in Delaware has caused such excitement; they are brewing up lots of interest. Dogfish Head brewery are renowned for coming up with all manner of blends and creations, with only the finest natural ingredients. Rory's article entitled Ancient Brews Return discusses at length the methods they have used to develop their impressive new ale: Chateau Jiahu. This new beer has delicious ingredients including rice, honey, fruit and more! It is a beer that was popular in China 9000 years ago, and they found the ingredients by analysing sediment on pottery. Quite something, hey? Other beers that they have devised include the Finnish-inspired Sah'tea and awesome Mayan cocoa beer Theobroma.

We went to try and find some Dogfish Heads but couldn't find any; we are most eager to try some of these brews. Instead, we ended up sampling three other impressive beers; Three Ravens-Dark Smoke Beer, Jameson Rasberry Ale, and Young's Luxurious Double Chocolate Stout.

Pleased to be sponsored by the awesome and fully-sick Bob Sinclair or possibly St Clare. Apologies to Richard Sanchez fans; Richard Sanchez sung the classic tune If I Had Another Chance at Love, not Bob as Phillip mistakenly claimed.

Robot minister (with sponge hands) performs wedding (link)

The title says it all! Tiro the robot performed a wedding ceremony in South Korea. Pastor Bill Ingraham is excited about this, and thinks robots might make good ministers; maybe even better than humans. Robots are cool, but this one just looks like a joke. We're not sure of his religious affiliations but think he may be involved with the controversial AI cult The Church of the Sentient Machine masterminded by Jabez L. Van Cleef.

Tiro the teacher (link)

Not content just to be a minister, Tiro has moved on to teaching at Euon Primary School in the central South Korean city of Daejon, 250 kilometers south of Seoul. He loves talking to kids and getting them to play role-playing games on his chest. He'd have a bit of a problem writing on the blackboard though; it's hard to hold chalk with sponges for hands. Apparently robot teachers are a growing trend in futuristic societies like Japan and Korea, soon to replace humans.

iPhone your prayers to cybervirtual God of internets (link)

An iPhone app has been created by whiz kid Allen Wright that allows users to send electronic prayers. This application can be used by people who are lonely and who want to feel like someone cares about them. No word on what happens to the prayers once they're sent; you can't be sure they'll make it all the way to the deity of your choice. In this sick and twisted app, other users may be able to read your prayer and vote thumbs up or thumbs down. I suggest contests for best prayer, prayer of the month and most prayers by a single user.

Twitter your litter into the wailing wall (link)

Twitter introduces new tweet your prayers service to deliver prayers to Jerusalem's famous kotel AKA Western wall AKA wailing wall. Once sent, Twitter staff will personally go and insert prayers between stones of the wall. Vandalism? You be the judge! Jews have been praying at the wall for centuries, however, I'm not sure if they put their prayers into the wall; if you have prayed at the wailing wall, email us and describe the practices. The terms of service include the disclaimer that "There is absolutely no guarantee if, when and how your prayers will be answered." They have to say that to cover themselves, but I want an iron-clad guarantee for this one.

Google suggests: go eat a... (link)

Google has begun predicting search terms as soon as you start to enter words. This means that it can tell you searches beginning with the word or words of your choice, making for interesting and highly amusing results! A funny website has some examples of this along with much of what Harvey talked about.

New segment 'Criswell Predicts' (link)

The Amazing Criswell AKA Jeron Criswell King was a natural psychic with a flair for making outlandish predictions. See linked Wikipedia article for more information on life and times of CRISWELL!! In this segment, we play a Criswell prediction for our listeners. You will hear a bold and even shocking vision of what the future WILL hold for fashion and body art. These are some predictions that were surpressed because those damn advertisers clomped very heavily down on Criswell, so he had to censor himself. "Let us remember the past, honour the present, and be amused at the future."

Joe Jackson Ranch Records

Joe Jackson (Michael's dad) was interviewed just days after Michael's death at the Black Entertainment Awards. He came off as a bit rude and also used it as an opportunity to promote his new record label! At about 3:05 into this video when he is being asked about how the family is coping, he introduces the shady 'Marshall' character to make a real good statement about their new company Ranch Records, on Blu Ray.

There is also an article about the affair, which will hopefully soon be available on Blu Ray.

Micheal J. Jackson et al patent antigravity illusion!

Episode 2 featured discussions of Michael Jackson's patent on a fantastic antigravity illusion! We are pleased to bring your attention to this little known fact, and you may be interested to see the original document outlining the specifications and abstracts here.

Below is shown a technical illustration of this astounding illusion made possible by deceptive shoes that somehow trick the perception. We at Infinite Frequencies are very impressed by this and are currently considering getting a pair of these special shoes.
