Episode 0016

Episode 16 is a f*&^ing miracle!! The venerable sir sponge himself is the sponsor of this episode; otherwise known as Bob Squarepants, purveyor of fine crabby patties and pioneer of the seaweed-moustache look. On this hip-hop themed episode, we explore the amazing sensory world of one DJ Khaled, discuss the ICP theory of magic and miracles, and give props to a fully-sick dude. We also explore the golden ratio and the Fibonacci sequence in Nature by Numbers, plus we reveal an inspiration for the concept of Infinite Frequencies. All the while displaying the classic Moreso/Plankers style of humour and wit.

DJ Khaled vs McCafe and Jimmy Dean's Sausage

A good hot chocolate is an amazing thing, and one person who appreciates the subtleties of this experience is DJ Khaled. This eminent rapper and DJ has taken it upon himself to become a spokesman for the McCafe Hot Chocolate, as he beautifully describes his sensory feelings of bliss when presented with this lovely drink. Hot chocolate is infinity, and DJ Khaled seems to realise this! The only thing that is a bit disturbing is that instead of saying "I'm loving it" he switches it to "we loving it"; although it's not clear who the 'we' he's representing are. He also has his own radio show, on which he has exalted the pleasures of Mc Donalds. DJ Khaled has also endorsed the Jimmy Deans Pancakes and Sausage on a Stick, although that video may be a parody.

Hallelujah! It's an Insane Clown Posse Miracle

The Insane Clown Posse have provided their perspective on miracles complete with unnecessary expletives and some very questionable lyrics. The idea that everyday life is miraculous and magical is one that is supported by Infinite Frequencies. However, Violent J and Shaggy 2 Dope put their own spin on this issue, and of course they utter the immortal line '[there's] magic everywhere in this bitch'. Well said!

Nature by Numbers

(link to Boing Boing)

Nature by Numbers was created by Cristobal Villa and is a stunningly beautiful visual and musical exploration of the concepts of the Fibonacci sequence, the golden ratio, and more. Excellent visuals demonstrate the beauty of these mathematical principles while soothing music (which may or may not be created using the golden ratio) compliments the video. It gets a bit confusing, and Harvey tries to help Phillip get his head around these ideas.

Episode 0015

Harvey and Phillip are back after a long break initiated by Phillip's infinite wedding and honeymoon! Such a lovely occasion with many amazing and beautiful people sharing in the magic, lots of love to everyone involved. Skipping over the 'lost' episode 14, we go straight to episode 15. This episode sponsored by the great comedian and actor Bob Newhart! We sample Bob's counselling skills as he tells a patient two very liberating words. It's a journey to the delicious and beyond as we feature the 8-bit version of Dark Side of the Moon, a startling fairy sighting in a UK backyard, and feed the senses with the new Friskies Adventureland cat food commercial. Email us at infinite.frequencies@gmail.com. Search for us on Facebook, Twitter, Skype, MySpace and more!

Moon8 - Pink Floyd on NES!

(link to Moon8)
Finally, what the world has been waiting for is an 8-bit version of Pink Floyd's seminal work Dark Side of the Moon! It was developed so that it can be played on the 8-bit Nintendo Entertainment System, but can also be played on computer, CD, or (the best way to listen) imported directly to your auditory cortex! Brad Smith created this amazing album, and poses the question to the world "Have you ever wondered what Dark Side of the Moon would sound like if Pink Floyd had written it for NES, instead of for a rock band?" No I never wondered that before, but I'm glad Brad did and has come up with a solution to a problem I wasn't aware of. Moon8 is free for all Floydfreaks or NESheads to enjoy, and his website has links to some cool interviews that he's done. Thanks Brad!

Creepy (UK) fairy in backyard!

Infinite Frequencies bring you a new video featuring some little kids showing their dad around their backyard! They may be practising for their future careers as tour guides, and we get a good look around at their well-maintained garden and nice play equipment. Oh and keep an eye out for the fairy at the end of the video.

A Friskies journey to Adventureland- feed the senses

(link to Slate)

This commercial by Avrett Free Ginsberg (perhaps a relative of Allen) will introduce you to a world of wonder for cats! It's a journey to the delicious and beyond! A sensory and satisfying trip inspired by the consumption of Friskies cat food. According to Avrett, this is the experience that cats regularly have when confronted by Friskies; and this commercial gives us a glimpse into the amazing worlds - and altered states - that they commonly inhabit. Harvey and Phillip find another magical dimension of this ad is the beautiful music that accompanies it, but there is another 'psychedelic' version featuring the track Eight Miles High by The Byrds. Just in case the original music doesn't do it for you, Betenoreus claims that this music is more appropriate. More information about the ad can be found here.
