We discuss Austrian driver Mr NIKO ALM (see above driver's license) and his struggle for irreligious freedom! He happens to be a self-proclaimed pastafarian, which means that, in conjunction with smoking many joints, he worships the flying spaghetti monster! Flying spaghetti monster has become a power symbol for atheists everywhere and presents a solid case against/for religion and a cool monster in one! To put it bluntly, the belief in an all-powerful deity or GOD makes just as much sense as the belief in a flying spaghetti monster, which presumably would smear bolognese or associated sauces all over the landscape. Therefore, if there is no visible sign of saucery (pun) then we shall presume that there is no spaghetti monster, flying or otherwise. To continue with story of NIKO ALM, he likes to express his pastafarianism by wearing a pasta strainer on his head! For a long time he has been refused the right to wear his headgear in a driver's license photo, but now he has been allowed! Infinite Frequencies are proud of Niko and his struggles, and we celebrate pasta!

Mind control, alien abduction, thought reading, and other paranormal phenomena has long been thought to be inhibited by the wear of a tin or aluminium foil helmet or hat on one's head, but now it seems that may just be superstition. In this article by Disinformation, MIT's Ali Rahimi and SEVERAL colleagues found out that far from blocking, tin foil actually maginfies radio waves and frequencies that will do the damage.

'The helmets amplify frequency bands that coincide with those allocated to the US government between 1.2 Ghz and 1.4 Ghz. According to the FCC, These bands are supposedly reserved for radio location (ie, GPS), and other communications with satellites. The 2.6 Ghz band coincides with mobile phone technology. Though not affiliated by government, these bands are at the hands of multinational corporations.It requires no stretch of the imagination to conclude that the current helmet craze is likely to have been propagated by the Government, possibly with the involvement of the FCC. We hope this report will encourage the paranoid community to develop improved helmet designs to avoid falling prey to these shortcomings.'

And so it happens that Disinformation is dispelling disinformation; a possible quadruple-negative and quite ironic I must say. With this news, I would suggest constructing a helmet out of some other denser material for all your anti-mind control needs.

Disturbing Serenity
Serene Branson was live reporting at the grammys for KCBS and they crossed to her for HIGHLIGHTS and BACKSTAGE COVERAGE! She then suffered what was thought to be a stroke or mini stroke, and later the official story changed to a MIGRAINE AURA! She spouted gibberish and nonsensical language that could be a sign of mind control. For those who haven't seen it, here is the original footage:

Then there is this reverse-speech analysis of the incident. According to this clip, she was making a dire prophecy about the end of days. Apparently it is played backwards and slowed down, but I am sceptical of this claim. Read along with the supertitles as Serene blows your mind with revelations:

Seen here appearing on CBS Early Show, Serene Branson is LIVE on the couch to debrief and fill us in on what she experienced! What a rare treat it is to glimpe the mind of Serene as she recounts her adventurous episode outside the Grammys. This is the infamous interview where Serene is said to have suffered a 'complicated' migraine. She claims to have been terrified, confused, and didn't know what was going on. She didn't feel right for a while before going on air and thought she was just tired, but as soon as she did she knew something was 'terribly wrong.' She wanted to say 'Lady Antebellum swept the grammies' but couldn't. She was scared, nervous, and felt embarassed about what happened. It is an important point that she had NO IDEA WHAT HAPPENED! She went to a neurologist and was diagnosed as having had a migraine aura. I don't know what the accuracy of a retrospective diagnosis like that is, but the neurologist could easily have been paid off or coerced if this was MIND CONTROL! Remember, our theme is mind control and that is our angle on this story. Is it funny? Not really, but it's kind of interesting (to me at least)

He's reporting from Japan, and talking about military deployments. Same old story; reporter tries to talk, ends up finding they can only speak gobbledy-gook nonsense words. Mind control?

Here's Madison Wisconin CBS news reporter Sarah Carlson in what seems to be the most disturbing loss of linguistic function. She is visibly shaken by what occurs, and seems to be implicating Obama in an exorcism. She also says the word 'breenritz', which I'm sure for most of us is unfortunately the first and only time we will hear such a beautiful word.

Ed Miliband is the leader of the labour party of in Britain. In this clip we see what could be a very-lifelike android that appears to be the real Ed Miliband. He keeps saying 'At a time when negotiations are still going on', 'The government has acted in a reckless and provocative manner', and 'Put aside the rhetoric, get around the negotiating table, and stop it happening again'. His spiel seems to go round in circles, and is classic political propaganda tactics. That's right, they tried to teach dogs to talk, even set up classrooms and Frau Schmidt was convinced that some of them could talk! When she asked a dog who Adolf Hitler is, it apparently replied 'Mein Fuhrer'. I'm still not convinced in this dog-human communication thing. A dog in FINLAND was trained to do the Nazi salute, but the Nazi's were furious about that because the dog was imitating Hitler. This information all comes from a book called "Amazing Dogs: A Cabinet of Canine Curiosities" by Dr. Jan Bondeson, and the article I refer to is "Hitler's Talking Dogs" by Maureen Dowd in the New York Times opinion pages.

This is very disturbing news, however there seems to be some doubt as to whether Jeremy was complicit in this arrangement, as some have theorised that he may have faked/staged the kidnapping! Lou Reed and his artist wife Laurie Anderson have pulled off one of the most amazing inter-species concerts ever. As part of the Vivid Live Festival which Lou curated, the couple performed a special 'high-frequency' concert for dogs, 'barely audible to their owners'. The project was inspired by their compositions at home for their own Rat Terrier, Lollabelle. These compositions were met with some interest by Lollabelle, and Lou and Laurie decided to stage a concert featuring these 'high frequencies'. We have not heard how the concert was received, so any reviews from attendees would be appreciated.

Genius musical innovator and sound composer/designer Diego Stocco is best-known for his wonderful video clips, which features him expertly bringing sound and music out of many unlikely sources. It is very inspiring to see him in action, and his passion for creating these unique sounds is nothing short of glorious! The Underwire department of Wired has featured Diego and many great projects including a great new instrument he has developed called the Experibass; here we can see a video of Diego making the instrument and then playing a rocking version of Personal Jesus on it. This is begging for a mash-up!!

One of my favourite videos is Music from a Tree, in which Diego utilises recording technology to make music from many aspects of a tree. Simply amazing and is reminiscent of Damanhur's Music of the Plants. Diego likes to create music and sounds out of the brilliant resource all around us; nature! As his website says 'Diego loves discovering hidden sounds from organic sources, objects and materials, his unorthodox musical curiosity allows him to produce music with sounds never heard before.' Truly wonderful stuff, and I highly encourage you all to investigate his YouTube channel, website, and of course, the Underwire feature.

There are many different ways to pronounce Eyjafjallajökull, and here is just a short sample video of people trying to say it! It's not easy to say, so it's understandable for them to make a mistake, but it's still funny!!

These machines use brain-machine interface (BMI) technology that lets users use thought to perform tasks remotely. For example, you could change the TV channel or turn on the air conditioner with your mind. There is also a suggestion from mastermind Mr Yamauchi that this technology can be installed in an automobile that will sense when the driver is hungry, and promptly drive to the nearest Wendy's family restaurant. BoingBoing first introduced the Die Antwoord fever to the world in several posts about the band and their connection with the artist Leon Botha who has progeria. Yet another Symphony of Science composition has been released. The series of autotune-meets-science began with Carl Sagan and has now grown to include many other big names in science and biology. This song is called The Unbroken Thread and features David Attenborough, Jane Goodall, and Carl Sagan remarking upon the wonder of molecules and the diverse tree of life. Jane Goodall says it all when she observes that "there isn't a sharp line dividing humans from the rest of the animal kingdom, it's a very wuzzy line. KFC ad banned for racism

KFC in Australia has produced the "cricket survival guide" series of TV ads. The ads depict various cricket-and-chicken themed activities and promote the idea that KFC can be used to enhance one's experience of cricket. In one such ad, a white Australian man is surrounded by black West Indian supporters. He offers some advice about this: "Need a tip when you're stuck in an awkward situation?" He then proceeds to offer the black supporters a bucket of KFC's delicious Crowd Pleaser chicken! This satisfies them and eases the potentially uneasy situation. As you can imagine, the ad was deemed racist and banned from circulation. However, the complaints are largely that the ad depicts African-Americans in the stereotype of fried-chicken lovers, but the black supporters are not African-American but West Indian. It is indeed awkward to be the only Australian fan in the seating area for West Indies fans, perhaps KFC is a good icebreaker! Is this ad racist? You be the judge! Adland article contains video.

Following up from our conversation with Francesco Tramlovinbitch on episode 0007 in which we remarked upon the epidemic of some interesting graffiti in the Moreland and Brunswick area. Namely, this graffiti offers the shocking claim that Jennifer Connolly is a whore! Not only a whore, but various adjectives besides, including: Moreland whore, movie-star whore, and others. We speculated about what this could possibly mean and offered various amusing theories, and now it seems that others are investigating these claims. Marieke Hardy -celebrated Australian vibe girl and former breakfast radio personality- has written of this issue on her now-finished blog Reasons You Will Hate Me. The Japanese have done it again with another robotic toy sure to impress. This one is a breakdancing robot that can spin on his head. This article says it's called Manio Go, but this seems to be a mistake and it may actually be Manoi Go. He doesn't seem to be worth the $2000 price tag as he is continually breaking and requiring repairs. This article claims "It is not quite Robocop, but it is close." I fail to see any resemblance to Robocop, but will eagerly awaits its deployment into law enforcement.

The Bulgarian space research institute claims that they are in contact with aliens, and are analysing crop circles that have appeared around the world in the past year. Bulgaria is known for its good value skiing, Black Sea resorts and proud Slavic culture. A combination of these three factors may be why extra-terrestrials are attracted to the area. Lachezar Filipov, deputy director of the space research institute, makes the bold claim that ‘Aliens are currently all around us and are watching us all the time.' He also claims that they are critical of people's amoral behaviour. The researchers say they have asked the extra-terrestrials 30 questions, one of which might have included asking them why they didn't contact NASA first. A very good question, although America doesn't have the same proud Slavic culture.

A man broke into a home in Crestview to have a shower, and he claims President Obama let him in. When one of the children saw him in the shower, he told them that he had special permission and to get out. I am curious as to why Obama would allow St. Petersburg resident Donald Leon to shower in a random property, and if this is true, there may be many other such cases all accross America. For some reason, Obama likes people to have showers in other peoples' homes.

God and sea monsters

Professor Ellen van Wolde is a respected Old Testament scholar and author. She claims that the first sentence of Genesis has been wrongly translated, and instead of creating the world, God merely separated it. This revision comes out of fresh textual analysis and an investigation of the word "bara", which was thought to mean to create; however, van Wolde claims that it means "to spatially separate". Harvey and Phillip speculated on what this could mean and how it might effect religious ideas. Van Wolde also claims there were sea monsters that actually pre-date God! Researchers in the Netherlands have successfully created 'soggy pork' in the laboratory. This is an exciting step towards the dream of being able to grow meat, bypassing all the hassle of eating meat from animals. Vegetarian groups have said they would eat artificially grown meat, and the ethical issues that plague the slaughter of animals do not apply. At this stage, we will have to settle for soggy pork, but researchers will surely experiment with different levels of firmness and types of meat.

A very heartwarming story has come across the Infinite Frequencies universal newsdesk, much to the delight of Harvey and Phillip. Somalian Ahmed Muhamed Dore has become something of a legend in the older man/younger woman community. He claims that he is 112, and his new wife is 17. If he is truly 112, then he is 95 years older than local beauty Safia Abdulleh. He had to wait for her to grow up and then used his experience to convince her of his love. We wish the happy couple all the best!

He has found himself in the interesting scenario of having slept with at least one woman from the staff of his show! He has confessed to an affair with his assistant Stephanie Birkitt to avoid being blackmailed. To make matters even more complicated, Stephanie Birkitt was at the time the sweetheart of CBS producer Robert 'Joe' Halderman. Stephanie wrote down all the details about her raunchy feelings involving Letterman, and Halderman was surprised to read it. David Letterman was also involved in some controversy earlier in the year when he made an interesting joke about Sarah Palin's daughter. Letterman really stirred the pot when he suggested that, at the baseball game Palin and her daughter attended, Palin's daughter was impregnated by Alex Rodriguez AKA A-Rod. Last episode we featured A Glorious Dawn by Carl Sagan, remixed from the Cosmos TV series. This episode, we have another masterpiece from Sagan and other scientific luminaries. Now comes We Are All Connected; a beautiful exploration of many excellent ideas and even perhaps spiritual when Sagan claims that 'the cosmos is also within us' and 'we are a way for the cosmos to know itself'. Devastating news has recently come to light with the shock confession from everyone's favourite tennis pro Andre Agassi that the famous mullet hairstyle that was his trademark throughout the 80s was in fact a wig! The news that Agassi's mullet was held on with pins and designed to hide his receding hairline is almost too much to bear. Harvey and Phillip are angry at this deception.

As a side note, Agassi also confessed that he used ice. See Courtney Walsh's article detailing Agassi's use of the drug known to narcotics experts as 'crystal meth'.

When Taylor Swift won her Video Music Award for best female video for You Belong with Me, Kanye West crashed the stage and announced that Beyonce had one of the best videos of all time! Way to ruin a young girl's dream, Kanye. While he didn't say what video it was or even whether she should've won instead, it appears that he is a Beyonce fan. He may even be trying to take her away from the hip-hop tycoon Jay-Z, whose longevity is unrivalled. Harvey, Phillip and guest Francesco embark on a challenging discussion about this topic. The highly observant Francesco mentions Kanye's interesting hair patterning work, which is seen below.

President Obama also weighed in on the issue, calling West a jackass. Although Obama was unaware he was being recorded, he was. The reporter who introduces this video for CNN looks like he is really annoyed that he has to talk about this event.

Jack White had a Kanye moment at the Toronto Film Festival. White burst onto stage to claim that "Orson Welles had one of the greatest films of all time".

Coolio at the deli

Nineties rapper Coolio has stunned everybody with a performance at The Deli Zone in Longmont, Colorado. Highlights included Coolio driving - and crashing - an invisible car, pretending to get shot at and calling the audience “alcoholic [four-syllable expletives]” before introducing a song by saying "My name is Coolio and I am a recovering alcoholic and drug addict".

Coolio also asked the audience for tacos, Hennessey and gas money. It sounded like a great show with Coolio rapping there "ain't no party like a Longmont part 'cause a Longmont party don't stop". Longmont is notorious for its rowdy all-night parties and, being a party animal himself, Coolio knows this. Coolio has played roles in many films, and hosted his own cooking and parenting shows as well as appearing in Celebrity Big Brother.

It seems that Coolio had an interesting rider for his performance at The Deli Zone. He was paid $3000 for his time, but also among his demands were a bucket of chicken and a bottle of Patron (the silver variety). When he was called and asked to perform in Longmont, home of The Deli Zone, Coolio apparently replied "Where's Longmont at?" We said the same thing, but after some research we're satisfied that it is in Colorado. Money magazine recently named it as one of the top 50 places to live.

A Glorious Dawn is the new song composed of quotes from Carl Sagan's magnificent Cosmos TV series magically weaved into a brilliant tune. Sagan also offers us some wonderful advice about making apple pies (tip: create the universe first, not after). Although it is great, I would love to hear it without the autotune.
